Hey Art,

This sort of thing is doable, but I have a couple of suggestions first.

A) Have you asked your ISP for permission to send that many BCCs?  If you can show a legitimate need they might do this for you.

B) Have you looked into a Mailing List Manager like MailChimp?
     * Free Account: 0 - 2,000 subscribers ; 12,000 emails / month
