I’m interested in this as well!

We use Bucket Explorer which generates a java script to handle our uploads.
Initially we created an automator calendar alarm workflow that ran pretty reliably until Mavericks broke all of our calls to our alarms and workflows and scripts. :-\

Nowadays we are calling the automator workflows with a do shell script call, using XTension as our timer software. It runs reliably on our system with an outdated version of Bucket Explorer. The two systems running a more current version of Bucket Explorer seem to have phantom failures.
