Anyone have a script to re-link files on a backup?

  • Subject: Anyone have a script to re-link files on a backup?

When making a backup with either the System Copy function or Carbon Copy Cloner, links on the backup point back to the corresponding originals on the source rather than the corresponding originals on the backup. Before I re-invent the wheel and write my own script to re-link the backup links to the backip originals, I wonder if some kind soul might already have one they could share.

Thanks,

Steve Cunningham
