make server folder windows a different color than local?

  • Subject: make server folder windows a different color than local?

I sometimes connect to my MacPro computer from my MacBook Pro laptop, and have folder windows from both computers open on the desktop at the same time. It occurred to me that it would be nice to be able to have the server folder windows (and perhaps window backgrounds) show in a different color than my local folders, so it would be easy to tell which computer any particular folder lives on.

Does anyone know of a way to do this? It would be nice if it happened relatively automatically for any folder from the server that I open from the laptop, I never know ahead of time what I am going to be needing to look at.

Thx for any tips,
Ken G. Brown
