Skip TOC when searching in Skim

Christophe was so kind to provide a script to search in PDFs opened in Skim for any string placed on the clipboard. I use this script a lot (via Keyboard Maestro) to synchronise my translation projects in CafeTran with the PDF output of the client.

Is it possible to let the script ignore the TOC?

When I reach a segment that contains the title of a paragraph, the script navigates to the entry in the TOC rather than to the relevant paragraph.
