Nope. You might be able to jigger a UI script, but there's no native AppleScript support for it.
Also, current track and current playlist properties don't work with streaming Apple Music tracks. To my mind, doesn't make a lot of sense since, for the most part, you can access them if you add them to My Music, as either shared tracks or file tracks.
