I was not aware of that Dictionary, and when you typed ‘Standard Additions' dictionary’, I looked in the old Applescript System 9 pdf copy, that I still have.
My mistake, sorry.

Where are you looking? Go to File -> Open Dictionary… in Script Editor. Choose Standard Additions.osax. Search for "do shell script". It's all there.
