One place the "old-style plist parser" is still used a lot is in parsing .strings file, as in Localizable.strings files. It's possible you're seeing it more because the non-English .strings files have more problems, but that's pure speculation. I see similar messages occasionally, from other apps.
I'm seeing plenty of the other entries you mentioned, and then some. They're really not worth worrying about.
