Robert,
Good point. I’m using a MacBook Pro with Yosemite.
The Automator Service will allow someone to highlight a phone number in any application (that supports Services) and dial the highlighted phone number using the MXIE application that comes with the Zultys phone system.
Adding the service is easy but now I want to configure a keyboard shortcut for it.
It looks like one of the links that Sadi provided will help.
