A long time ago, we were told that having them at the top *might* make the script slightly faster.

I tried it for a while, but didn’t like it from an organizational standpoint. So my handlers are always at the bottom. Regardless, Script Debugger’s split view feature makes it easy to look at multiple sections at the same time.
