Which operating system are you running ?
Under Yosemite we may remove unwanted applications from the list of authorized ones.
I will give the name of french components.
(1) open the System Preference Pane named [Sécurité et confidentialité]
(2) select its tab entitled [Confidentialité]
(3) unlock the lock which is at the bottom left of the window (will be asked to type a password)
(4) In the dedicated scroll area (on the right of the window), select the item(s) to remove then click the button [-]
That's all folks.
The meaningless filename which you describe is resembling to what I got when I ran a script which was never saved before.
I'm not sure that the described scheme apply to Mavericks and I'm quite sure that it doesn't apply to older OSes.
