Too late -- they'll never recognize me in the flash new outfit you just bought me ;-)
Actually today I’ve learned 2 things with you: 1. Keychain is no longer scriptable.
Yes, I'm not quite sure why they killed it -- or killed it completely, anyway. Using security is not an ideal workaround. i'm wondering about bringing it back via BridgePlus.
2 the command "string id”
I’ve never seen it before and had to write some code to get the same result. Is this a recent addition?
No -- it's been that way since ids for text were introduced. From the ASLG:
The id of text longer than one code point is a list of integers, and vice versa: for example, id of "hello" returns {104, 101, 108, 108, 111} , and string id {104, 101, 108, 108, 111} returns "hello" . (Because of a bug, text id ... does not work; you must use one of string , Unicode text , or character .) |
