Hello Jon,
On the subject of Applescript on your ios Device, i would suggest taking a look at the Workflow App (https://www.workflow.is). They have built a real nice Automation app which is now at version 1.4.1.
No I do not have shares in the company, just really liking what they do. You can even automate scripts. For example I have one that sets up an SSH to my NAS at home, collect some images and mails it back to me.
Best regards from the Netherlands,
Michel Kapelle

Is there an app that would allow me to read AppleScripts on an iPad? I know that scripts can be exported to text or to PDF, but I would prefer a way to read native scripts. Editing would be nice, but more than I dare hope for.
While I'm on the subject, AppleScript itself could be very useful on iOS devices, but I don’t believe that apps will ever incorporate a scripting dictionary, at least not for AppleScript.
Jon
