Just to make sure that they won't go away, I've decided to put the scripts I frequently use on a public repository.
I already had a github account so I put them there:

Right now there is only one library with single width/double width conversion handlers and an example that converts a "current date" into something like "２０１５年 １１月 ２８日". That's something I use when I send invoices to Japanese clients.
As written in the readme, the code is most certainly not efficient or bug free or anything. But it works for my purposes and it's a great opportunity to learn.
I have a number of scripts that I use to create projects, etc, they are more "embedded" in my workflow so it's difficult to make them general enough for them to have any use outside of my machine but I'll eventually put them there too.
