Hey Shane,

Interesting.  Your script successfully deleted my event, although it took an outrageous¹ amount of time to do it on a local calendar with few entries.

Okay – subsequent runs are ~ 0.2 seconds, and that's not so bad.

I should also note that after creating an event with Jay's script it does NOT become visible in my Calendar UNTIL I do something like toggle the Work calendar off/on.

Goofy...
