Jhead in Applescript?

Hi.. total newbie to
Applescript and Automator here.
I'm trying to call jhead from within a folder action. I'm supposed
to do that with Applescript, right?
basically I want to
-move all files from a folder
-call jhead command to fix rotations on all files in a folder
jhead -autorot *.jpg
-and then continue on with the next action in the automator
script
so would someone be kind enough to explain to this newbie how to
put this command line call in the middle of my automator script
and to make sure that it runs before automator goes on to the next
thing?
Or even better... is there a way if a few images show up at once,
am I able to use Applescript to have automator actually run the
jhead command on the filename?
like
jhead -autorot <filename passed in from automator>
my automator script starts with "Filter Finder Items" to get all
the items in the folder.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. I have experience programming,
but little experience in applescript or automator.
thanks!
-Josh
