This key IS the "LSUIElement" key.
Select the "Editor" menu in Xcode and CHECK the "Show Raw Keys & Values" item.
When this item is checked the key in question becomes "LSUIElement".

If you need the name of a key in an AppleScript, you want to use the names
shown when "Show Raw Keys & Values" is checked !!!
