Unless you've downloaded and tested these you cannot predict what the numbering means.
The latest beta on the beta page is:
Smile 3.8.0 (build 930) full edition
Last update: October 29, 2015
The link is:

I've installed it, and it is indeed Smile 3.8.0 (build 929).
E.g. the number on the package doesn't usually match up to the build number.
