Well, tags could be better accessed throughout. I'd love to have the ability to start Finder on a window that contains a selection of tags, or to look for tags by default in the Finder searches (for some reasons the default seems to be "kind") or to do Tag searches in Spotlight without having to type "tag:" before the string...

But I've still 100% shifted the way I organise my work based on tags so anything that makes their use easier would be a boon.
