It turns out the user had a personal Dropbox folder set up on her machine in addition to the company Dropbox folder. And of course the Dropbox folder I needed to get into was named “Dropbox (Comtech)”. Adding (Comtech) to the path for the script on her machine fixed everything. 

I apologize to all who attempted to help me with this for not double checking this sooner. Unfortunately I had no idea there were multiple Dropbox folders on that machine or that you even could have multiple Dropboxes on a machine.

Which is exactly what I suggested in my first reply on 4/12. :)
