I’m getting that error also on /Applications/Utilities subfolder.
But before it failed it found these apps use Sparkle.
Script Debugger.app
Suitcase Fusion 5.app
LaunchControl.app
FastScripts.app
Astropad.app
Snapz Pro X.app
And several more.
