That's fun.  :)  Maybe the Grammar Police could be persuaded to
investigate a few things in Apple's scripting dictionaries.  ;)

System Events:
  application
    contains audio datas, ….
    contains movie datas, ….
    contains QuickTime datas, ….
    contains XML datas, ….

  disk
    Can the media be ejected (floppies, CD's, …?
    Is the media a local volume …?


StandardAdditions:
  round
    To always round .5 away from zero, ….


Finder:
  window
    Is the window visible (always true for open Finder windows)?
    Is the window collapsed
