No. You can't do this with AppleScript, because Mail has no outgoing rules.
However Mail Act-On – a commercial plugin – adds outgoing rules to Mail.
I've used it and MailHub for years now to make Mail a significantly more useful email client.
Plus the freeware plugin QuoteFix and 40 or so AppleScripts.
