I ran your Smile Beta Version Checker and it said that I was up to date. When I ran the code above I got --> {"3.8.0", "959"}

Hey Yvan,
That is odd, but as I said there's not any real intelligence in the version number checking – it's just a direct string comparison.
I read : Smile 3.8.0 (build 959) version complète
As I am curious I continued.
I downloaded and got : Smile 956.pkg
The package numbers rarely match the actual build numbers. After installing running every proposed codes I get : --> {"3.8.0", "960"}
Isn't it a bit odd ?
I was checking the beta page.
Eventually I'll check both pages.
You'll have to break it down to see just why things are amiss.
