I'm not seeing any obvious problem running the script. However, you shouldn't be using "null". Objective-C's (really, C's) "NULL" is, for all intents and purposes, the same as "nil", so it too is equivalent to "missing value".

(You should also have a 'use framework "AppKit"' in there.)
