You mentioned that the library was attached and you sent a github lik to the list back in June:
You can grab the full set off Github; just download, unzip, and drop all the library scripts into ~/Library/Script Libraries ready for use:

The repository seems to be empty.
Do you have a new link to it ?
I nudged Mark Alldritt to clone it, then removed my original repo in
hopes of sending Mark a tiny hint. I am such a scoundrel. ;)
Get it from Mark's repo now:
https://github.com/alldritt/applescript-stdlib
(If I get pulled back in to help with a spit-n-polish, I can easily
clone it back to work on—I'll do whatever it takes if it makes a
difference. But I'm hoping others will take point it as I've lots on my
plate. Still have my private copy, of course, so any queries about
design, implementation, etc just ask.)
It goes without saying that all AppleScript users are welcome—and
strongly encouraged!—to download and use these libraries for themselves
today. They are already very useful and reasonably robust, and sooner
folk start using them, the sooner folks can flag any bugs, documentation
deficiencies, need for better examples, etc and get all those addressed
plenty time in advance.
