Wait, I just saw the "But rather:" hidden in there with no space between it and the previous example. The formatting is kinda haphazard, so it wasn't clear. Some examples are in a light grey box, some are just formatted text, while others are unformatted text. I'd suggest consistency of formats and consistent use of space between paragraphs.
