“vtmp”, “temp” or “utmp” are folder designations used by MacOS.
You can see all the folders and their 4-letters designations opening Folders.h, I believe in Xcode.
By the way, path to “utmp” returns the folder that Shane mentioned below /var/xxx…./T/
