I have the same model iMac as you, and your issue isn’t anything to do with hardware, but software that’s been loaded within your user account, in some cases inadvertently.
Some of that software is adware, as I’ve already discussed with you, and some of it is ‘crapware’ - MacBooster, for example. Other problems you had concerned oasaxes and orphaned launch agents.
AFAICT, your problem should now be solved, so long as you don’t go and reinstall any of the stuff we just removed.
In particular, doing this just exacerbates your problems:

Restoring from TM undoes the whole point of a clean install. I don’t know if Apple told you to do that, but they should never have told you to do a clean install in any case until you’d tested whether the problem could be reproduced in another account on the same installation (something, btw, you have never confirmed, but which from looking at the profile of your system, seems unlikely).
If you do experience the problem again, let me know off list. This isn’t an AppleScript issue.
