Driven application not responding

Hello

I’m again fighting against LibreOffice

I’m trying to enhance a script driving LibreOffice.
Most of the time it works but from time to time, LibreOffice is bored by the document to treat and the message « Don’t respond » (in fact I just know the french spelling : « ne réponds plus »)
Is it a way for the script to get this information ?

Activity monitor is able to do that so I hope that there is a way to do the job thru shell or thru ASObjC.
