Jan 31: I sent a mail to CEO, Tim Cook to recover MLs.
Jan 31: I received reply from Apple Executive Relations to go to Apple Care page.
Feb 01: I made a phone call to Apple Developer Connection to restart MLs and received phone call from US Apple Staff.
Feb 06: I made a phone call to Apple Developer Connection to restart MLs. Their answer were always “Sorry. But I don’t have authority to do so”
Feb 07: Apple MLs came back without any reports.
