I agree with RJay - please don’t write a script that spams the Board of Directors to fire Tim. CEOs can only focus on a limited quantity of big, important things…big and important to Apple, not you and I.
What might work better is to inspire him with a vision of how a vibrant community of people using Apple’s automation technologies can change the world.
Singular, large automation opportunities, like self-driving technologies, are the domain of large corporations and CEOs. Automating millions of smaller tasks that make up the fabric of work around the world is the domain of our community. The collective potential of automating these smaller tasks is greater than automating large single tasks, like driving.
To realize this opportunity our community needs to journey to the future of automation in a collaborative way with Apple.
Dave

Do you have a replacement in mind? You many not like everything Cook has done/is doing, but the company could do a lot worse (see Michael Spindler, Gil Amelio…).
