Have you tried the Keyboard Maestro forums yet? They are great for problem solving - Quick too.

My main OSX is still 10.6.8, running on a MBP 2011 and a Mini 2011, on which I'm also running QuicKeys using a lot of Applescripts.
I'm trying now to shift to a newer OSX (Yosemite/El Cap). As Quickeys development came to a halt, I bought Keyboard Maestro, recommended by members of this list.
The problem: Although KM (both versions 648 & 731) should provide for AS support, *ANY* (really ANY) Applescripts are executed, whether I start with 10.10.5 or 10.11.4. Console only shows a Notice that this or that macro is executed, called by trigger XY,
but gives no indication of a problem.
Sometimes (I think in Yosemite) a message appears very quickly on the right of the screen stating "bad cpu type in executable".
I've googled that, but in vain.
Any hint
