Thanks everybody for their hints and tipps.
I will follow the advice going to KM's forum, although I checked that forum already before writing to the list.
I know, that KM DOES work with Applescript, the problem of not executing scripts must therefore be somewhere *here* on my computers. Unfortunately, I do not have an idea where to search for the culprit.

Actually I'm back in 10.6.8 (still my main OSX) for working, I'm only on my weekends on 10.10 or 10.11.
I'll continue to do some research, also in the wiki-link you've sent me, but will gladly accept your offer, if need be.
