If Apple's Mail app is chosen in Mail's preferences as the default mail app,
then the Sharing button in Photos produces a menu with "Mail" in it, and
choosing that menu item creates an email with the selected photos.
If Outlook is chosen in Mail's preferences as the default mail app, and then
you click the Sharing button, you do NOT see Outlook. You also don't see Mail.
It's just broken.
Control-clicking an image in Photos gives a menu with "Share" in it and there
are lots of items, but none of them are Outlook or Mail unless I've chosen
"Mail" and the default mail app.
