This is a bit of an odd one, but if you know what Blackboard is (http://www.blackboard.com/learning-management-system/blackboard-learn.aspx), have you or anyone you've known ever found a way to automate doing things like creating announcements, discussion threads, tasks, etc?
I have 4 courses which are more or less duplicates of each other, and it’s tiresome to have to create the same content 4 times. I can’t see any obvious scripting hooks in it, but maybe someone else out there has trod this path before?
