There's still more available.
I have my original looseleaf edition of the AppleScript Developer's Toolkit, Version 1.0, copyright Apple Computer, Inc. 1993, in pristine condition. On the first page, it says "You can use AppleScript on Macintosh computers that use system software version 7.0 or later." I also have original stapled paper versions of "AppleScript 1.0 New Language Features," "Script Editor 1.0 Release Notes," "Scripting Additions 1.0 Release Notes" and many other gems from the distant past.
And, hey, Jon Pugh, I have an original stapled paper copy of Jon's Commands 1.0b1, copyright 1993.

This is probably as far as I'll go with this little project.
