No, but maybe always close the folder after changing tags?
Here's all the action that can trigger a folder action:
removing folder items from theFolder ¬
after losing theAfterLosingValueList
opening folder theFolder
moving folder window for theFolder
closing folder window for theFolder
adding folder items to theFolder
