Calling out to Swift from AppleScript

  • Subject: Calling out to Swift from AppleScript

I’m sure this has been discussed … I do serious AppleScripting only occasionally, and it looks like I’m coming up on one of those times.

I asked a few months ago about calling AppleScript from Cocoa; this is the opposite question. Is it possible to write a framework (preferably in Swift) which can then be included, or used, into an AppleScript script? If so, can someone provide a pointer a a guide on the tricks and techniques?

Many thanks,

	Neil Faiman
