The mailing list removal confirmation mail arrived twice. The source requested IP address was 17.151.62.50.
“17”  is well known as the Apple’s Class A IP address.

(1) Somebody made a request via Apple’s network
(2) Somebody made a request with camouflaging Apple’s IP address
(3) Somebody in Apple made a harassment without doing his/her Job
(4) Other
