For all non 10.13 Users:
the Accessibility Inspector, Jean-Christophe mention in his blog, exists not
only in 10.13, but since I dont know when. In 10.6 (Snow Leopard) it was
already provided as version 2 in Developer:Applications:Utilities:Accessibility
Tools:Accessibility Inspector.app
