We can’t imagine your apps whole functions. So, we have no medicine for you.
Your app seems to save or print messages of Mail.app.
There is a lot of GUI Scripting code in your app, I feel.
GUI Scripting is extremely slow.
You’d better to use faster routines. And find the way to access more low level
data.
Our effort to speed up sorting routine made it 1000 times faster than original
shell sort.
Otherwise, you’d better to run your app at night (by wake-up timer). Run it
while people are sleeping.
A kind of massive data processing programs run at night in our office.
