I saw it. What I'm saying (sorry that wasn't clear) is that when the icon
bounces out of the dock the number has already changed once. On my machine when
it bounces already 2 seconds have passed. When I set the delay to 2, then I
actually see the number incrementing at every bounce. I think it is just a
machine spec issue, or something like this.
