Hey Rudolf,

I think you're completely S.O.L. on this one.

Script Debugger 7 supports El Capitan, and once the 20 day trial expires it
turns into Script Debugger Lite (free) – which is still vastly superior to
Apple's Script Editor.

Window elements can be hidden/shown with a keystroke.

SD is quite scriptable.

Script templates are available.

Etcetera.

I suggest you give it a try.
