Question of technique: Speed

  • Subject: Question of technique: Speed

Hi all

I have a question about which technique is faster:
Several scripts, among them script A need objects from library Lib.
To load library Lib, script A needs information about it which are stored in a
general library GL. Script A therefore loads first GL.
To provide its functions, Lib also needs GL

method A
Lib also loads GL

method B
A transmits the loaded GL as a parameter to Lib, when it calls Lib

What is the smarter way to do that in AppleScript 2.1.2 (if possible without
ASObjC)
Thanks for a hint
Rudolf
