Modifying AS .app packages from the command line...

  • Subject: Modifying AS .app packages from the command line...

I was trying to modify an AS application by replacing the main.scpt file with
the compiled version of the new script but that did not work (the app threw an
error when launched).

Basically I was ssh'ing to my wife's machine and wanted to do everything from
the command line.

I can see that it's possible to osacompile to an .app but I don't see how I can
edit an .app and save it. Any idea ?
