Where is macOS 10.14 AppleScript Release Notes?

I can not find AppleScript Release Notes macOS 10.14 issue.
Did anyone found it?
The version of AppleScript was 2.7 on macOS 10.14. I found it on the PC store.
Apple lost its trust due to the macOS 10.13 “Vista” with too many bugs to use
in serious work.
macOS 10.14 was released without GM build. So, I understand the macOS 10.14.0
go on a way to “public beta".
Today, we write AppleScript with using Cocoa functions because “xxxx scripting”
functions are discontinued in macOS 10.7. They are essential function.
So, scripting bridge issues are the target of AppleScript release notes.
If Apple want to recover from the worst macOS 10.13 release, they have to make
AppleScript Release notes, I think.
