Thanks for your answer, I wondered where “Save as” went. Apple does seem to be
hiding functionality.
For example, Itunes under Snow Leopard seemed to reach peak functionality.
IMAO, of course.
I solved the problem by saving my code as text in text editor and quitting and
relaunching
Script Editor, and pasting the code back into Script Editor.
