Mail Rule Action Question

  • Subject: Mail Rule Action Question

Does anyone know if it is possible to differentiate within a running script
whether it was run directly using the "Apply Rules" menu option or called by
Mail while processing an incoming message? Both invoke the "on perform mail
action with messages" handler but the results are different in the two cases.
I need to be able to differentiate which case it is.

Steve
