Hello!
Catalina 10.15.7
Numbers 11.1
My goal is to copy-paste multiple worksheets/tabs from an existing Numbers file
to another brand-new one. I need to do this almost daily.
In Numbers ’09, I could shift-click multiple worksheets/tabs, press command-c,
open a brand-new file, then press command-v and the multiple worksheets pasted.
In Numbers 11.1, when I click a worksheet/tab, Edit>Copy is dimmed!
If accomplishing my goal will require copy-pasting individual tables from
multiple worksheets/tabs, this process will be too inefficient. I’d need a
workaround.
Before I resort to using Excel (which also has inefficiencies, just different
ones), is my goal achievable with AppleScript? If so, how?
Many thanks in advance!
Barry
P.S. I’ve already submitted feedback to Apple’s Numbers team about the above
limitation.
